Alpha Appliance Repair Service of Edmonton

Had a freezer that would not freeze, called Alpha appliance and was able to schedule an appointment on the same day. The repair man called half an hour before my appointment and was able to repair my freezer within 45 min since he had the part that was broken on hand. He was also very friendly. I was very happy with the service and would recommend Alpha appliance.

Excellent customer service. All necessary details were ordered after the first visit regarding my dryer maintenance and after the technician installed it in 2 days. As always, the tech from Alpha Appliance did an outstanding job. Definitely recommend their services.

I just had their tech look at our freezer. It was really a silly issue, but he treated it seriously and didn't make us feel bad. He gave us some good tips and didn't make something up to get us to spend more money. I would recommend Alpha appliance to anyone needing appliance repair.

Tech did an excellent job. He was prompt and took care of the problem. The light in the fridge stopped turning on, he ordered new connectors and was able to install them right after they arrived. Very pleased with his service.

Jason came out to repair our fridge and based on a brief description of the issue was able to diagnose and bring the parts required. He was able to fix our machine quickly and is great to deal with.

Originally called Alpha Appliance (with 5 star reviews) which for some reason connected me with Appliance Expert (with 4 star reviews) which poorly describes their knowledge and capabilities. No experts here. Noel showed up in a small SUV with barely a tool or a part expected to be on hand. He started by laughing at me for installing my air filters wrong which was causing by non-cooling issue with my fridge. This continued on until I showed him a Frigidaire video on Youtube which displayed how wrong he was. How do I trust a tech that doesn't know anything about something basic like an air filter? After that point he dived into troubleshooting and after a while, came up with a repair of which he could not do as he did not have the tools to complete. Another tech would be required. I called the main office as he instructed. After not receiving any promised return calls, I tried one more time the next morning. I finally received the return call where I was told by Alex(if that was his real name) did not have a tech in my area to complete the repair. I asked how I would be able to have the troubleshooting cost I paid the original tech put towards the repair like promised. They said this was not possible as they could not complete the repair. I explained that I would now have to pay another company a troubleshoot fee again as they will not take Appliance Experts word. There is nothing we can do for you". So I am now out $95 and will need to pay another $105 for a known local company recommended by a large chain appliance company to complete the same task. DO NOT CALL ALPHA APPLIANCE OR APPLIANCE EXPERTS. THEY WILL NOT FIX YOUR APPLIANCE."

Office was helpful and able to book service in under 24 hours. Reasonable rates. Technician was friendly and courteous, arrived on time. He was efficient, and was able to locate the problem quickly -- and even minimize the repair costs, which was very honest. He also gave a clear summary of the work performed. Good company!

they help me wth my Frigidaire wall oven, they offer me their repair service and that was really great, at least the were quick than other appliance company
