TD has the worst travel insurance ever. They charge you the premium immediately before travel and then give you the worst service, communication and compensation ever. Do not go with TD for travel insurance. It is now 5 months since I submitted my claims and they keep sending me spam emails and have not refunded me yet for my claims.

Monthly charge appearing on my statement that I did not sign up for from TD Life. On hold 15 minutes and then hung up on. Also I tried 3 times to cancel my disability insurance before it stuck, getting charged every month with no refund for the times they dropped the ball. Wish there was a zero star button.

I had my td insurance with the line of credit. When I got a new line in August they said I need to apply again. I did. Since I use a CPAP I have to have the interview. I was told at the end the only thing they need led was an updated cholesterol level. I called that in before the 5 day deadline they gave me to do it. Then since then the guy must have not put in that amount and they have me listed as pending Information and I need to speak to the underwriting department. It is now December and I still have no response. The 1st level tried to contact underwriting many times and I have left a message but no matter if my bank asks or me they just keep saying I should hear from them by next Monday. This is the worse service I have ever had. I have a 750k line and they have just ignored me and won't tell me what else they need. I already had the I strange with them and nothing had changed and in fact my lab tests were better than before yet I have not been declined or accepted. I have just spent about 30 hours on the phone trying to reach the underwriting and everytime no progressI don't get how come there 1st level support or the bank managers can contact the underwriting to remind them that they are forgetting a customer or even to setup a virtual appointment .
