Really great customer service here! I appreciate that they are flexible with last minute nail trim appointments , the groomer kindly stayed a little passed her shift to take my puppy in for a trim without making us feel like a burden and Best part is they do a great job working with my hyper boy. Highly recommend!

Murphy loves this new groomer we tried! We had Laurie and she’s awesome with him & he was so excited to go a second time he dragged me across the parking lot and right to the door. She came to get him and he immediately went to the back without even noticing I was leaving! He’s always clean & tidy and the appointment was easy to book online. Laurie did a great job of trimming his tail how we wanted and made sure he’s ready for hotter weather. Would definitely recommend trying this place if you have a pup who needs grooming, teeth cleaning or even a nail trim.

Normally great service. Last groomer rushed job and forgot to trim very long nails then lied saying they were done.. and left shampoo in causing my sweet doggies skin to itch and flake terribly for a couple weeks. However informed that staff member no longer works there. Rest of staff have been friendly and professional. My very timid girl doesn't seem traumatized when leaving so that's a bonus. Only before and after. When we adopted her she had some nasty knots and they had to give a puppy cut.

I’ve been bringing my dog here for nail trims for a little while. They’re great at not only squeezing her in, but they are absolutely wonderful at comforting her when she’s anxious. I really appreciate their extra level of service and kindness that they show my dog.

Absolutely love this place. The staff is so friendly and my dog seems a lot happier when he leaves here compared to when I used to go to Petsmart. Petsmart had put a note on my dog's file that he's difficult" and only a supervisor could groom him. I switched to coming to Bark Ave because that note made it incredibly difficult to book at Petsmart

My 10 y/o pug has major anxiety when it comes to nail trims, and Bark Avenue has been fantastic at getting the job done each time! All services are done quickly and with care, from the trim to teeth cleanings and baths. Happy we have found our regular spot.

Great pet spa! My puppy Luna loves to get her nails trim because of the staff at this location. Staff are always quick and attentive. My vet provides nail trims for free, but we prepare to bring Luna to Barks :)
