I learned more in this petfood warehouse than any pet store I've been to. They are knowledgeable, friendly, prices aren't too bad either, that was good. Very organized as well.

AWFUL. It's hard to support local when the here people are so rude. The lady with the long hair at the St. Clair location is much nicer but every time I come to this one on Keil I am astounded at the lack of customer service and all around dismissive attitudes of the staff. I've been a customer for over 2 years but I just can't take it anymore. Off to PetSmart...

Excellent place, really awesome variety of everything needed, and the assistance from the employee couldn't have been better. Got a sample for new pup, and couldn't get better help anywhere else.

The staff are warm and helpful with the exception of the male team member. He is down right rude and arrogant. This person has no business dealing with customers. Pet food warehouse has lost my business.

Went to get bird house and bird feed. Had such great help and suggestions for first time bird feeders.Highly recommend this place. Thanks again for your help. We have so many beautiful birds coming to our feeder.
