The cashier was very rude. He was self entitled. I had to wait until he unlock the door so i can purchase my items. It smelled so bad so that is why he took a long to open the door . Hire someone else to take care of service. Ppl need jobs. He could have greeted me with a hello....nope! Customer service will go a long way Shell Gas Station.

If I can give negative stars I would have. Very bad customer service. Car wash is always broken. What's supposed to take 10 or 20 mins. Takes 45 mins. Apparently customers in the front are more important than car wash customers.

went to this pump yesterday for first time. Amrit was great with service. Car wash was worked best out of all the pumps i went before.

Not happy at all. Bought the 90 day car wash and the car wash is always closed. Spoke to the manager (Mr.Azam) there and all what he had to say was not to purchase the car wash any more from them. :( I would give them zero if possible.

Wish I could give negative 5 stars... The car wash didn't work, and they not only didn't even think about reimbursing the wash, even worse the attendant came out guns blazing" and called us idiots

I had a bad experienced today from shell Albion bank street in touch less car washed, my brand new car is a lot of scratch from their machine, I don’t want to come back anymore to wash my car, I will go back in Shell Merivale. I don’t care my 4 washes extra from my card. 100 % not recommended their touch less car wash.

AVOID CAR WASH!!!!!! Paid for car wash. Followed all instructions, the car wash pulled me through but zero water, zero brushes, zero blowing. Did NOTHING. Never triggered. What a waste of time. 10 mins to just have to go in and get a refund. And clerk was not even surprised. !!!
