Osmow's Shawarma
We got the Osmow's Special wrap and it was so good - we got it with the original sauce and it was delicious. As a combo I would have liked a little more saltiness to the fries, but everything was good quality! For dine in, if you're noise sensitive it might be a bit noisy from cooking and the TV and the music, but the lighting from the large windows makes it an enjoyable experience. Glad we came and will come back again!

I have been a client for a very long time and has been so satisfied until recent months.I felt so disappointed for the recent visits as the actual size of food is getting smaller and smaller each time. The box was filled as HALF as usual at my last visit.I felt so disappointed as I was so happy with the taste and service I got here at the past but not recently. The man who looked like a supervisor was so arrogant and impatient to the customers and employees…I sincerely hope that the owner could provide a better training for the supervisor and reconsider the standard size of food.Hopefully I could have a next visit (with a better experience).

Yesterday evening I visit this location. Everything was amazing staff was so friendly and nice to everyone. Moreover, food service was quick and awesome. Love to always come back at this location ❤️

All of a sudden , I got the shawarma craving, the service they provided was exceptional, I really liked the shawarma and the quantity, everybody must try the chicken shawarma here

I'm not the kind of person who usually leaves poor reviews but for the first time, I feel I should warn others in case it helps them avoid the experience I had.I've been a fan of Osmow's for years first at a location on Lakeshore and over the last couple of years I've been going to this location as it's close by. But something has changed.A couple of weeks ago on Canada day we walked to the location and ordered two chicken shawarmas in a pita both with the works but one was to be medium spicy, the other extra hot.At the cash register it was displayed correctly on the screen and when we were given the wraps I asked the cook for confirmation that one was medium spice when he called for us and only said extra hot". His reaction did make me wonder because it wasn't an immediate "yes". Then he took the two wraps bagged them and wrote "Medium" on one of them.My wife and both come from backgrounds that eat very spicy foods. But these were beyond any level of spice we've had there before. Perhaps one of them could have been said to be extra hot but there was certainly no medium. It was no pleasure eating them but more like a challenge from Fear Factor.Even after years of really enjoying Osmow's and how close this location is to where I live

I am old customer of osmow's.I ordered Shawarma from this branch with little spice and they make it extra spicy and maybe put all spice on one place. Both of the shawarma were not good. Also can see in my order drink was Sprite but i get Canada dry!! It looks non serious behaviour.

Worst experience by far. The lady taking my order was so nice but the manager came and asked me to leave after I ordered my food. What kind of service.. never coming here again and I suggest you don’t either

Osmow’s amazing as always !! Tasty food and good quantity.We love Mediterranean food! & osmows is our first choice.We ordered chicken platter and osmows chicken special meal .Entire meal had a mouthwatering taste and chicken was so good.Their salad was fresh and crisp. Although fries were ok and became soggy !!We ordered from doordash which came one time and nicely packed.I highly recommend this place and food!!
