Country Hills Hyundai

Bought a 2022 Venue last October. Had it in for first oil change and winter tire swap for my stored summer tires.Vehicle is in the shop for service when they realize they have lost my tires. New tires coming from Edmonton in 2 days. Promised my car would be picked up and dropped off on “Friday”. Friday at 2pm, I have called 5 times and can’t get an answer about my tires. Drive in at 3pm and drop off my car. Pick it up today, Saturday, and my vehicle was left in the parking lot, overnight, with the engine running and doors unlocked. Vehicle is now running on fumes and I have to fill it up on my way to work.Not even remotely acceptable service.

Absolutely love this dealership!! The service is always so helpful and knowledgeable. Siobhan is amazing and makes every visit stress free.After purchasing my vehicle somewhere else and having an absolutely horrible experience. I almost lost faith in Hyundai, but it has been restored because of her and her customer service! I decided to give up my “free” oil changes with purchases at the original dealership and will not go any where but Country Hills Hyundai now.I highly recommend coming here if you need anything at all!

This dealership is my number 1 for all Hyundai cars. Their marketing strategy is great, customer service is excellent, and their prices are affordable. Jamie is a great guy, very professional, patient, and friendly. He was very helpful in ensuring that my sister got a good deal and an excellent and neat car. They have numerous new, certified pre-owned, and used vehicles.

I usually would never go to a dealship mechanic because I always hear that they are overpriced and not good to deal with. However today I had to take my mom's car in to Hyundai country hills and Ms Siobhan Hennessy was a pleasure to work with. Wow, She kept us informed via text and I never felt she was just looking to take our last penny to fix the car so I am very very thankful . This is what customer service needs to be like and has been lacking.The main servicing was done within 48 hours too!! Saving us money on a rental.

Learned my lesson the hard way to never do transaction with dealership without word of mouth recommendations. The finance director, senior manager and sales managers (big tittle eh?) less competent than a college year one finance students. Attitude is horrible! Very uncoordinated and unorganized. They acted like they were doing me a favor for buying a vehicle from them. Customer service is worse than poor. I ordered a new vehicle from factory through them, and after waiting for nearly a year. Only to be treated like garbage when my vehicle arrived. Will absolutely not recommend!

Worst customer services. They are cheaters. Charged me for car detailing service and they did not even wipe anything. When i went to complain to Siobhan Hennessy ( service advisor) she laughed at me and told me we were short of staff, so it’s not done. Still she charged me full price for service. Then i went to complain service manager Gagandeep , he said’ i know detailing is not done, if you can wait for hour i can get it done.’ I had left my car since 8:30am and went back to pickup at 5:00pm, still they did not had enough time. Was referred here, unfortunately they did not live up to the standards I was hoping for. Was told my AC issue might still be under warranty if there was something leaking. Which there has to be as the system needed a recharge and refrigerant doesn’t just disappear. I have been a plumber gas fitter for 10 years and I know how closed systems work. I also asked when I booked the appointment for the tech/rep to call me before the work was completed. My wife also asked the same thing when the vehicle was dropped off. Nobody got a call until she did at the end of the day that “there was no leak and the AC had to be recharged” to the tune of 450 bucks. All in all I was completely dissatisfied with the whole experience and expected better especially buying the vehicle from another Kaizen dealership and being sent here by the person I bought it from.
