The best- they have great customer service, the hot tub tech guy has over a decade of experience under his belt amazing work he does. And the owner (Nic Ga) knows what he's talking about and is always looking out for the customer. Great hot tub place for just starting out!

Our experience with Prairie Side Spa has been nothing but great. Nic is easy to deal with, upfront, and so helpful. He set us up with a great hot tub and quick service. He and his partner arrived at my house on time and set up our tub quickly. It's quite amazing seeing how they can wrangle hot tubs on and off trailers and into place.

My wife and were looking into buying a hot tub with for quite some time with a restricted budget. and Kari has done lot of work checking different places in Red Deer. We came across an add on face book about some refurnished hot tubs. We came to the store Prairie Side Spas and we talk to both Sales manager and Service Technician Nic and we got and excellent customer services and found a good quality Nordic refurnished hot tub within our budget. We are very satisfied with the Service technician Nic, he goes the extra mile to help us make the right decision.
