Square One Water, Heat And Air

Had the crew in yesterday to replace a chimney after another plumber had abandoned the job. They were professional and courteous, as well as fast and efficient. The cost was reasonable even when it was a rush job. Thanks Square One for the service.

Square one is awesome! We woke up to no heat in our home yesterday as our boiler had stopped working. Our son is in the hospital and all we wanted to do was go see him. Square one had a technician at our place within two hours and by the time we got home that afternoon, our house had heat. Thank you Shaun, Shayne and everyone at Square One for the fast service and quick repair. It made a huge difference in our day how understanding you all were.

I was in desperate need of help as I noticed a horrible smell coming from one of our vents when the AC was turned on. I couldn't find anything myself and it has been hot outside so I needed this fixed fast. I called and got through right away. I was told the soonest they could come by was the next day at 5pm. That was fine considering other companies were telling me the soonest they could see me was 10 days later! Turns out they were able to come by earlier than the 5pm and Shane was super professional and friendly. He found the issue (anyone want a puppy? Lol!) and even cleaned the vent for me. He didn't even charge me, which was SO APPRECIATED!!! I just want everyone to know that this company will be the one I tell others about and call again if I need help! Thank you!!!

The Square One Tech that installed my AC unit was efficient and friendly. Thank you for a great experience. I will definitely use them again.

We had SquareOne install our AC Unit, and Humidifier, the installer was courteous, on time, very polite. He Took the extra time, and did a phenomenal install. He cleaned up, and removed all the garbage. We will be using them for all, of our Plumbing, Heating, and AC in the future. Highly recommend, they are top notch. So happy! My furnace was so old and definitely a hazard. Shaun came, did the estimate and walked me through the whole thing. A few days later, he came back with Brett and they ripped out the old one and got the new one done, as well as a few extras, and were great the whole time. Very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. Square One has a great team and I would highly recommend them to anyone! They set the bar years ago and still raising it. Amazing staff, vetted crews.Leagues above the rest especially when comes to heat pumps.Made me question if the other guys even knew what a heat pump is.

We had shawn from square one install an air conditioner at our house this summer. He was extremely knowledgeable, well priced and very clean and professional while doing the installation.

Had Shaun over to install a new humidifier and remove an older one. Found Square One to be professional from the start, and thought Shaun was great. Price was reasonable and I paid exactly what I was quoted (which I can’t say for everyone). Shaun actually took it upon himself to try and repair my old one first, before installing the new one, just to see if he could save me some money. Finished product works great and the install was done nice and neat and he incorporated where the old one was hooked up so there weren’t extra holes etc. Will definitely use Square One again.
