Probably the worst hospital in Alberta. Roxanne is a horrible person and the way people are treated here is dispicable

Worst red haired old bat of a nurse I think, exists. ( the one that looks like short , fat Rene Zelweiger) The other nurse ran multiple times with the needle hitting everything but veins, when he did after the antibiotics were sent through, the protective glove in which protects the patient from having the iv line come out, was rammed home and ripped the IV out and blew the only vein he could hit. It was literally the size of a boat! . ..OhMyGawd!.
