Very professional, polite, honest and accurate diagnosis. It took him 2 mins to get my phone fixed. And guess what? They did not charge me a dollar because they said it was just simple cleaning. Never felt this good. Best birthday gift ever. I got my phone back!!

Fast turnaround... decent hours... no complaints - I'm glad they are there though hope I don't ever need them again! ;-) They fixed a SIM card disconnection issue after I dropped my iPhone and none of the simple fixes worked. Thank you!

I was very satisfied with illFixit on April 18th. I called about a cracked screen on a samsung galaxy s10. They got the part in-store only a couple days later and the repair only took a couple hours. My phone is working better now than it did before I had cracked the screen in the first place. Friendly service and decent prices. My phone was also cleaner when I got it back. I regret not asking the names of the people who helped me but they did a great job and I am grateful.

Took my phone in because the screen popped off, they told me that the battery was swollen and I need a new battery. What they did not tell me is that I may need a new screen as well, that plus the battery would have been over $300.. It was a very old iPhone not worth spending over $300 to fix so I would’ve never paid for a new battery, if there was even a chance of this happening if I had known. When I got my phone back, it was finicky and not working properly at all and when I took it back in, they said I needed a new screen now which leads to this one star review. They just want to take all the money, he offered some incentive for the battery if I bought a used phone there. No thank you. That phone is useless now with a battery that they just put it.I cannot figure out how to reply to your response, you are an absolute liar. My four-year-old son said I drop the phone on the bed the night before because of a mosquito, it was actually a funny thing. My phone is in a case, and I never drop it. For you to lie about what a 4 year old said is absolutely sick and to use it against me to make your store look better is proof you deserved a one star. The phone was brought back in a week later, because it was finicky and not working and you guys said it needed to factory reset, I took it home to make sure everything was backed up, the problem just continue to get worse and I brought it back. You are an absolute liar and I do not recommend this store to anybody. There are several phone fix it stores that are much better and don’t lie about what four year-old say. Absolutely disgusted with this place.

Bell told me my phone was old and I needed to get a new one! This gentleman, however, not only fixed the minor problem but didn't even charge me a dime for his time! Where do you think I'll go from now on? It's goodbye Bell ... last time you cheat me.

Highly Recommend. Nick is not a businessman, he's an honest problem solver. He did a great job on my fragile iphone that stopped working just by the exposure to the moisture and iPhone customer care right away suggested buying a new phone without even looking at the phone.

Honestly can’t say enough good stuff about this place, brought my iPhone 12 in , it was complety smashed and water damaged, unfortunately it would cost me to much to fix, despite that they offered me a mint condition iPhone XR for a very good price, transfers all my data and even helped me get back into my apple account. They did everything very quickly, no hidden fees, up front and honest and very very nice people. They know what they are doing if you’re even looking to just buy a used phone I highly suggest them ! Couldn’t be happier !! Thank you guys so much again :)

My 2016 iPad Pro battery died. From Jun15 to Jun22 we were visiting our two daughters in Stittsville. I dropped off my iPad to Nick at I'llFixit on Jun 16. Nick diagnosed failed battery and special ordered a replacement. He received it Jun 21 and later that day just before closing time I picked it up fully repaired.! We were leaving early next morning to return to St.Johns.Battery charging restored to normal operation. Service professionally delivered by the store was exceptional ! The price was reasonable and I am very pleased with overall experience. Thanks Nick and the boys!
