Buddy had a bike he brought into fix up. Got stolen. Never called him to tell him it got stolen until he went in to check on it then they tell him and waved him off saying its your problem

I phoned Butte Motors last night and ask about a bushing my husband needed for his saw with that said I did not give him all the right information for the part but he was so helpful and went out of his way to help me.We went there this morning and guess what we got the right part and now I don't have to worry about the blade falling off and inguring my husband .So thank you Butte motors I recommend them for any parts needs. So thank you Butte motors For a job well done.

I got the opportunity for Butte Motors to fix a hole in my tire through Toyota Roadside Assistance. They were absolutely amazing in fixing my tire and showing how to fix it if it happens again. I would highly recommend Butte Motors for helping when in need to fix something on a vehicle!

I wish I would have brought my vehicle here first!!! Wasted time and money at some other shops. Best knowledge and skills in the area.

I called trying to buy ego brand electric tools. The guy in the SALES department said he couldn’t help me and the guy who handles that just went on a tow call. Left my name and number, never got a call back, and spent $2000 at lowes. Tried calling again today, got the same guy and the same story. If he isn’t willing to have a quick look on the shelf, I guess it’s pretty clear they don’t want my business. Will continue going to Lowes for all my ego brand tools, as they’re always happy to help and answer questions.

Replaced the carburetor on my lawn tractor a couple years ago.(800$) Noticed an abundance of oil leaking out of the carb as the employees were loading it. Got it home and it worked fine the first cut. 2nd time i went to use it, it wouldn't start again( same issue the carb was supposed to fix). Jiggled some wires and found an old connection to the coil rotted and loose, followed the same wire back and found an old bare patch in the wire shorting out on the block. I phoned and was blown off. I was so disgusted i parked the tractor in my shed and bought another 1.The reason for the late review is I'm cleaning out my shed and need to do something with the mower.

Called ama last night as had flat. The call centre said 2 hours. So I called the ama call centre back and the nice young lady called Butte motors to see if they could come quicker. I asked if tnt could come as they had no calls. When (dan) from Butte came he said you have to be patience and I am never allowed to request tnt as that's their territory. Well if you don't want a certain company, you are allowed to request and tnt is allowed if customer request. He asked me how to get wheel cover off and had no clue and was very nervous as he was disrespectful and of course when you call to talk to manager at Butte that customer is wrong and they have awards etc. Etc. Never use them.
