CIBC Branch with ATM

I ordered a bank draft through Simplii Financial, and was given the option to pick it up at the location of my choice. I chose this location, for convenience. Less than 24 hrs after ordering the draft by phone, I had a call from a customer service representative of this branch, to let me know I could come in at my convenience, with clear instructions on how to proceed. Once I was at the branch, I was serviced quickly, kindly, and greeted by all staff. Very pleased with the service I had here today. Thanks to all! So happy my request was processed in a timely and professional manner. Would be happy to visit this branch again.

I opened an account here yesterday. Phillip Steel the employee I had a meeting with was very helpful and honest. I came in to get a credit card. I recently moved to Canada and have been trying to get a card to start building my credit score here, but with no luck. He got me a card instantly and set me up with an account that meets all my needs. He was very thorough and answered all my questions. I didn't have high hopes when I came in but I left in a great mood with more than I came for. Thanks Phillip!I will say that the ATMs inside the building should be updated... They pull in your card so slowly I thought it was broken, and in order to make a cash deposit you have to put it in an envelope. I haven't seen an ATM that you can't put cash in directly for many years. Definitely due for an update. Hopefully not all the CIBC ATMs are this old fashioned.

I had two problems, neither helped me. They asked me to call the hotline, hahaha you came to the bank branch to get the hotline number... mediocre

zero stars, the manager carol, cost me so much time and money by not knowing anything about her job(confirmed by manager at Bayfield) this bank has over and over done the wrong thing, and treated me like a second rate client, have never left this bank happy or even near satisfied. find a better branch or even better find another bank.

I read some of the negative reviews and find it shameful how people are so shallow as to complain about wire transfer lost " - I'm sure they found your money : " I had to wait " - Yes this is life

i needed to get a new card because CIBC keeps canceling them. i went in at 11:50-11:55 and i was in the line of 2-3 for almost 20 minutes when i decided to leave as the line hadn’t even moved; there was only one teller but a lot of other staff that could’ve helped. there was a person ahead of me and i’m pretty sure they were waiting more than 25 minutes to be seen which is ridiculous.
