Driving across the country from Vancouver area to NY. Engine light went on . Called and they said to stop in .they ran diagnostics and had us back on 5he road in about an hour and a half. He fixed the misfiring spark plug , topped off the fluids. Very thorough. We would definitely go back .

I picked up a shard of metal while on a road trip and limped in on the spare tire to the OK Tire on Victoria in Kamloops. They had the tire patched, back on the vehicle, and the spare put away in less than 30mins. I took longer to unpack and repack all of my stuff. Great service, excellent experience, and a very reasonable cost. If I lived in Kamloops I would use this shop as a result of my experience. Thank you for getting me back on my road trip!

It is never easy to deal with mechanical problems on your car, even less as a foreigner newly arrived in the country which is my case.The whole team was so kind and helpfull with me.The inspection of my vehicle was done for free, they took the time to show me the good and bad things about my vehicle and advise me on what to do. They never pressured me to make any repairs. On the contrary, except for one thing that involved security (that was my main concern), they told me I could wait for the rest.In short, a warm welcome and above all very professional, reliable and trustworthy. I highly recommend them.

Absolute rip off, they steal your money. Don't go they over charge. I was charged $350 today after a quick diagnosis of the car's brakes not needing to be changed and being given a replacement of oil. Unbelievable $350 for a simple oil change, a waste of time, a waste of money, unethical with how they treat customers. I would never go back again. My wife was extremely upset with this nonsensical bill, never again, she would give it a negative 10 if possible!

They took 3 hours to change my tires and still charged $60. I called an hour and a half after my appointment time and they hadn’t even started. Don’t waste your time or money.

Went in to get my muffler replaced. Gary, the owner, took his time to introduce himself and made sure I was taken care of by his staff. I was in and out in less than an hour. Great work and service by Gary and his staff. It’s a busy place because of their excellent service. Highly recommend.

Absolute LIFE SAVERS!We were hauling my horse from Osoyoos to Alberta and our front tires on our truck started to separate. We called the shop and explained we had a horse on the trailer and they were able to help us out ASAP. It was hot out and they worked at lightning speed to get us and the horse back on the road.Big thank you to Stacy, Gary, and the entire OK tire team!!!
