Fairly good selection of clothes and shoes. Found a pair of shoes with arch support that needed. Staff were very helpful

Showed up at the store at 5:36pm on a Monday and the doors were locked with nobody inside. The store is not supposed to be closed till 6pm on Monday’s. Not a good business practice especially being a franchise.

I spent 20 minutes in the store without any assistance. Walked back & forth the work boot section looking for a type of boot. No service, all workers grouped around the checkout near exit. Left store with empty bags.

Love shopping at Marks but was very disappointed this time. Looking for safety footwear but they only carry 6 styles for women with very few sizes in each style. However there were 63 choices for men but still not alot of sizes in each style.

Terrible customer service. I get that Covid-19 has affected how we have to live our day to day lives but the approach towards customers and understanding is lacking at this store. Terrible terrible experience and I only made it into the porch.

Hard job to move around in the store due to way over stocked, makes it very frustrating to actually find things.One woman that works there has a real poor atitude around customers, always complaining and very bossy, i sure wouldnt want to work with her...Marks should really start to reconsider price matching as well, i dont know how many times i didnt buy something at marks simply because they wouldnt price match.

Staff are helpful and polite. The check out is slow, but they're in the middle of a large sale, so I'll assume it's not a regular occurrence.
