I’ve been getting sugaring with Hana every few weeks and I absolutely adore her. She does a thorough job, easy to talk to and the sucre studio is just beautiful. So professional, so clean, lovely environment for such intimate services. Highly recommend Sucré and especially Hana!

This was my first interaction with your business as I was looking for a new beauty spa to see and I'm confused because why do you have a person working up front at reception who is not people friendly? Your staff, Hannah, gave the worst most disrespectful service today. What is with the unnecessary attitude and dirty looks? Maybe she's having a bad day but given her negative approach you'd think she was being forced to work there. Your staff reflects your business so is your business miserable too?Update to owners respond: To use a war as an excuse for your staffs disrespect is low. My family escaped a war too, and not once have they treated people the way your staff Hannah treats your potential clients. She’s not in Ukraine anymore so what’s the reason behind her stank attitude? There are plenty of Ukrainians currently in Canada begging for a job and despite the communication barrier as you say, they still smile and are friendly. She looked perfectly fine sitting up front ignoring clients to be for her phone. Instead of using war as a guilt trip tactic, teach your staff manners and stop guilt tripping people.

This was my first time experiencing sugaring and it couldn't have gone better! Hannah was so amazing and just talking with her made me feel more relaxed and comfortable. I will definitely be going back to see her!

Long review alert:I am a wax girlie through and through. Someone recommended sugaring to me, so I figured why not? I found pros and cons with both, so I thought I'd share my view regarding a Brazilian..Wax pros:-Super fast and efficient. Can usually be done in 15 minWax cons:-Super painful. I would rate the pain a 7/10 for the most painful parts. 3/10 for the least painfulSugar pros:- Less painful than waxing (about a 5/10 on the pain scale), but the pain was consistent. What I mean by that is where the pain would be a 7 for waxing, it was a 5 for sugaring, but when it would be a 3 for waxing, it would still be a 5. Weird.Sugar cons:- Takes longer than waxing.Overall, I had a really good experience at the Sucre, but I prefer waxing due to the fact that I would rather be in more pain for a shorter amount of time, than be in less pain for a longer period of time. If you do have a lower pain tolerance, sugaring is for you!Thank you for the awesome experience Sucre! I would fully recommend that people go to you and try it out!

I love sucre!! I started sugaring last summer and I’m so glad I chose this boutique. Holly garner is THE BEST. She’s so quick and makes sure to leave you smooth and hairless. She’s so friendly and welcoming. She even massaged my feet for me after the service when applying an after care lotion. If you want to get sugared and feel at home and excited to go to your appointments, go to sucre and book in with holly!! She really does go above and beyond. Such a wonderful lady!Holly also does my eyebrows, she tints, shapes and laminates them for me. She makes sure you leave looking your absolute best! I trust her so much I let my teenage daughter come to get her eyebrows laminated by her too! My daughter loved them and it gave her a huge confidence boost! She made my daughter feel comfortable when in her chair and provided water and some sweets.As for the studio itself it’s very clean and they just did renovations so it’s fresh and a very nice atmosphere!
