Great Canadian Oil Change

We love visiting GCOC - the staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to help. We love that all the fluids get topped up every visit, we’re asked what services we want and how much they’ll cost and overall, they’re not pressuring at all!Keep up the good work over there

Very good service very friendly and intelligent at least the location I went to I'm very pleased to know that there is still good service people for oil changes out there I highly recommend this place when you need an oil change and don't be afraid to ask questions there are more than willing to give you a lot of information on your answer I think these people very much and they saved me a fair amount of money where I can share with the weekend with my family good job guys will be coming back if I'm in the city again

Went for my much needed oil change on Saturday afternoon. The place was hopping and they told me it would be around a half hour wait, which was no problem as I wasn't in a hurry. It ended up being a little longer than the estimated wait, and Farouq and Blaze provided impeccable customer service! They were both very kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. They tightened my lugnuts when I mentioned I had just had my tires switched over after getting my vehicle back on the road, and also gave a slight discount for the oil change for my waiting. Very professional and great energy from both Farouq and Blaze during my visit. Thank you!

Went for an oil change bright and early Saturday to take advantage of there customer appreciation day. It looked to be a busy day and they were here for it! All hands on deck, they had a system in place with staff doing the inspections and topping up fluids before entering the bays so things would run smooth. Good Job!

Daughter took vehicle in for oil change and advised her tires where too high pressure. They lowered to 30 psi (was at 38), rated for 44 with heavy load. Told her to go back and get them filled. Told her they don't have nitro to fill. What kind of people they have working there? Can't even bother to check what pressure should be. Will never go back there and don't trust what they say.

I've been to many places to get my oil changed in the past, I'd never been to this store before. I was very pleased with Ali (my attendant) who did my oil change along with the other crew members. They were honest, quick, and professional. The other stores I've been to, the guys would goof around, sing loudly, scream at each other, talk about personal stuff.. these group here just got the job done. They communicated effectively, they didn't try to persuade me into any services I wasn't interested in. It was a class act. Thank you boys for your earnest, hard work. It was hot/humid yesterday, and they were still in a good mood despite how busy they were.
