Today I was helped with a very special, important and sentimental request concerning my mother's original wedding band set. Lee helped me through everything, answering all my questions and being so kind and generous with her time and knowledge. I normally had great experience with this location. The lady I purchased my bridal set from was very helpful, and friendly. But more recently they need to work on their phone skills. I have called a couple times and the lady I spoke with was very rude, not friendly at all.
