Terrible customer service, staff have no knowledge of the kiosks and are always rude. Took 45 minutes for a staff member to finally come out of the back and offer help. Their kiosks never work properly, when photos wouldn’t load from my phone to the kiosk (tried all 4 uploading options) staff member told me it was because I was trying access my iCloud - I wasn’t (it’s not turned on). She then told me to just screenshot the pictures which would have impacted the quality of the prints. Unfortunately they are the only option for photo printing where I live, would rather drive a half hour to the next town.
