Great experience with not only the food product but also the staff. Had the bacon grilled chicken sandwich- amazingly fresh and tasty. Dealt with Sheena- truly a professional and did everything to make our experience memorable. Congratulations to the staff - keep up the great work. Highly recommend

This McDonald's outlet is very popular in Carleton place, although the small size, people come often for a bite, to get offered a choice of burgers, famous fries and sweet treats. We can never forget about the great Mc Café coffee. Looks and grown ups can never have enough.I highly recommend Mc Donald's.Kudos to all the hardworking team members there.Reviewed by Tarek Belghith from RZ Network Inc Canada.

Food was alright staff tho… they were all hanging around talking and swearing at eachother , while customers were there with kids! One staff member she was wearing a pink shirt with blond hair sat down for her break ate and than got up and left all her wrappers and drink on the table didn’t even have the decently to tidy up after herself! And she worked there!! Dirty tables washrooms were disgusting

First McDonald’s I’ve been to recently where my breakfast burritos were full to the brim with sausage and egg and cheese! I had actually boycotted them when they used whole wheat tortillas for a while and some places I’ve been had such a dismal amount of innards that the last 1/3 would be hard, crusty and dry so I was so happy with CP McDonald’s that I took pictures to show my boyfriend. The staff working drive thru are so kind. They laughed politely at at my dad’s corny jokes and they were on the ball with names, orders, and going as far as to let us know what they included in our bags (asked for some salt, ketchup and extra napkins) before I had to timidly ask if they did like i do at most places. Whatever your upper management/owner is doing, it’s the right thing because usually friendly employees are happy ones. :)

Went through the drive thru and ordered 3 items. They ended up pulled me up to wait for my food and there was absolutely no where to park. I decided to go inside to wait, and I was there for 25 minutes. I ended up getting a refund because it’s not worth my time.. and money.

Really good experience today. Not sure if the norm or not, but everything went great. Staff were friendly, and quick. The restaurant was clean, and being mopped as we were there. Someone from management was on duty supporting their team, which is good to see. Food was prompt, well made, and if anything a little too hot. That's just code for fresh to me.

First off, they told me I could not get a smoothie, probably so they don't have to wash the machine... then I went to order my food and I ordered a QP BLT, without mustard, ketchup, and onions. I got a burger with no bottom bun, and in total it had, lettuce, tomato and pickle. not really a complaint but I also got a large fry instead of a medium. me and my friends had a total of 4 drinks, they gave it to us seperately without even considering a tray, I had to knock on the drive thru window to get a tray. worst fast food experience I ever had. I'll probably be back in a day or two however. ☠️

I love the fast service and how much McDonalds improves their speed. However, due to the large number of customers per hour, they need to keep up with the cleanliness of the place and the washrooms

Honestly I don’t even know why I bother anymore. Over priced junk the 3 orders of fries were ice cold. My deluxe spicy chicken burger wasn’t what I ordered instead got a plain Mckrispy when I called the manager she said that it happens because they put the wrong box out ? Doesn’t it say on the screen what people order instead of relying on box someone passes you. She was pleasant enough and refunded the meal only problem is I’d have to go back witch I doubt will happen. That’s what 40$ at McDonald’s gets you now a days.
