We are so pleased with our wonderful kitchen remodel. Ravi and his staff from Aya Kitchens were very helpful and professional from start to finish. Ravi made sure we were happy with all the details and offered many great suggestions and solutions, before and during the project. We've already referred Aya Kitchens to family and friends. All have been very happy with the end product!

Finally renovations are completed! Extremely happy with the finished product. We have had many compliments on our kitchen from friends and family and have recommended 3 of them to AYA Richmondhill. When I was looking to redo my kitchen I consulted with other locations. I visited the Toronto, Ajax and Oakville locations for ideas and consultation but decided to go with Ravi at the Richmondhill location because his rendering was the most elegant to my husband and I.Thanks again, Ravi and Amy.

We installed our AYA kitchen 3 years ago they did all the design, measurements and provided suggested changes. The workmanship was of high quality and we were pleased with the sales process and support. Since the installation we’ve continued to enjoy our kitchen and had recently received some after service support. Ravi P and his staff provided excellent service and support. We would not hesitate to recommend AYA to our friends and family.

Beware of scam form Ravi. We purchase a $13000 small kitchen from this guy. He abandon the job half way into the install. When we go to the office to find Ravi, he was never there. Doesn't answer call. No return phone call. I have to hire another contractor to finish the job. I called the head office to complain, but head office told me it is between the individual store and will not help. This company is terrible. terrible. terrible. Go some where else. The product that was delivered doesn't line up. Doors and parts are missing. Colour is off from the showroom sample. Poor quality and workmanship.

Product quality seems to be a grade above IKEA. We ordered the Oyster White. The install overall went well except for a custom shelf that was assembled out of square. It is only noticeable when you look up close to it but far from being fine furniture. Also, the built in beverage centre rough-in was not exactly 24 width to spec front to back so we had trouble fitting the appliance later. Lastly

Ravi and his staff exceeded all our expectations - starting with only rough ideas on what we wanted, they turned ideas to concept to design and then into a wonderful finished renovation. Professional, courteous, and an excellent team overall.

UPDATE May 8th 2019kitchen still incomplete, doesn't answer phone calls, keep giving excusesI chose Aya Kitchen because I believe the quality is superior than the smaller stores even though the price was higher. Ravi was superb at the beginning. Revisions were made and Ravi was quick to respond, the service he promised was really there so we committed to go with Aya Mid Feburary. The kitchen will take 8 weeks or so to fabricate so if you are in a hurry, go somewhere else.On the afternoon of April 23rd around 4pm Ravi called me to say, the cabinets were on their way to my house and will arrive 1.5 hour or so. I was happy and excited to hear that it is coming after the long wait, but was surprised by the short notice, how come I was not contacted a day or two earlier to schedule it? What if no one was home to take the delivery? This was the first sign of the lack of communication. The delivery went smooth and the guys were careful and professional.Installation was scheduled for 25th to 28th, the guys were great overall, except for missing to drill one hole so the wires coming out of the wall is accessible, so I ended up doing it myself, the hole was hidden behind the sink, The placement of this hole which Ravi suggested is wrong and not accessible in the first place, so it made it very difficult for me to cut the hole open. Communication between the installer and Ravi was lacking because the under cabinet light valance were not installed. To date June 18th, I am still waiting for it. I have yet to see the actual lights and transformers etc. I expected this to come with the kitchen but thats not the case. So the cabinets installers first refused to install the built in oven because they said thats not their job, next day, they installed it, but did not install it using the manufactured parts and they scratched a panel and a door, which they touched up with filler.March 15th I sent him the cabinet pulls I wanted, on May 2nd he went to pick them up only to find out it was backordered until June. He should have went to pick them up earlier and not a month and a half later. I ended up picking another. The cabinets pulls were installed on May 17th, I had to email him several times to get a response. Phone calls not returned. The installer drilled through one of the doors and into his finger, and used filler to fill up the door. He took the majority of the day and did not finish adjusting the doors and left, said will return, never did to adjust the doors. He did return with Ravi, to install the hood fan. So is he an professional cabinet handle installer? or appliances installer, or just a general labor? My hood fan is an cabinet insert, the way they installed it is again not using the supplied hardware, it is installed not flush, but sticking out. It is because the board added for support was not cut right to size. So instead of re-cutting the board to make things right, they just put the hood cover over the board, so now it is sticking out. There is a small gap between the insert and the board, the imperfection of the steel that is not meant to be exposed can now be seen when you walk close to it.On to the kitchen deficiencies. One door was designed to open the wrong way.One corner cabinet is nearly inaccessible because of the poor design. This is only noticed after the kitchen was installed. One of the gables need to be replaced because they gave me two lefts instead of 1 left 1 right. They look yellowish compared to the cabinet doors. The top drawer beneath my cooktop cannot close because of the cooktop thicknessRavi told me more than a month ago he will send me this deficiency report to fill out. I chased him a few times, and each time, he said, I will email you tonight, email you tomorrow. each time never did..... how can you do business like this....I never like to leave negative reviews, but I have to, this as you can see, has not been a good experience for us. Very stressful, we are still waiting for him to get back to us, who knows when...Hope some people will find this review helpful.

Great attention to detail, worked with Ravi on the design very pleased with overall final product. Installation was on point and on schedule. Currently waiting for a couple of warranty items which I'm told.can be upto 6 weeks unfortunately. Not sure why manufacturing takes so long? I suppose that is the difference between custom vs IKEA or big box retailers. I did shop around and researched for roughly 10months before finalizing my kitchen and I must say the quality is right up there with any specialized kitchen company.

Aya Kitchens Richmond Hill was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Ravi was professional, showed a tremendous attention to detail and his pricing was very fair. I had an Aya kitchen provided by my builder and I hired Ravi to do a chateau hood retrofit. He was able to match the existing colour and tied into the original design with perfection. Highly recommend this company and hope to work with Ravi again in the future!
