Order was to be meatless dishes and they came with meat .When calling restaurant to notify they weren't going to do anything. 8 year customer is now done .Yes misunderstanding on your part. I had two dishes was supposed to be meatless. Your response is lame and not problem solving .Good luck with your business as you just lost an 8 year customer .Ill be sure to spread the experience with other customers no problem

While the food is good (4'ish stars), customer service is terrible (1 star). We ordered from here twice within a week. The first time they messed up on a dish and gave us something we didn't order, but whatever, it wasn't a huge deal . We then ordered about 8 different dishes (some had multiples so not having to make 12 different dishes) which cost about $150 and I called over 45 minutes before we were wanting to pick it up. They didn't say time-wise it would be a problem, so when we got there for the 6:00 pick up we had to wait an extra half hour. They didn't start it until we got there and then we were told it was taking so long because it was a big order. When we told them this was why we called them almost an hour before we wanted to grab it there was never an apology, just excuses and basically turning it on us that we had a big order. When we finally got it we asked if they had made sure to double-check the order and she said yes. When we got home and opened the order they had in fact missed a dish so we had to go back to get it. Again, there was no apology for this, just a that's your bag". A family member lives close to this restaurant so they order from here alot

As far as small business chinese restaurants go, this place is really good. Fresh ingredients that are served quickly with a friendly smile. Extra points for the decor, knock your socks off red!

We ordered our food and my shrimp was cold like they just pulled out of the fridge my friend. My daughter and myself did not eat our food but we did pay full price for it and would not recommend to anyone .

Super friendly! Ordered take out and I came a little early, and was ready super quick once I got there and they offered a seat and drink while I waited. Food was great and good sized portions.

This was the first Asian restaurant I went to when I moved and I could not have asked for anything better. The service is friendly and the food is always a good deal!

Will not go back. Would not recommend. I’m not sure if ownership has changed, but this was completely awful.We ordered 2 simple vermicelli noodle bowls: one just noodles and spring rolls, the other pork and spring rolls. The spring rolls now lack flavour... except for the RE-deep fried in old oil flavour. My pork tasted like it was used from 2 week-old leftovers. There was barely any vegetables: literally 3 bean sprouts... 3 BEAN SPROUTS, the lettuce was also basically nonexistent, wilted and brown/rotted. The noodles also seemed to be over-cooked and had an abnormal “old” taste.This meal was a waste of money and left a bad taste in my mouth... literally AND figuratively.

Nice place and very good food for decent price , much better than other Asian Restaurants in the City. Will recommend it any day
