I went down there to get a flex hose for a gas water heater. They were in the middle of their Renovations and didn't have inventory, but told me they could have the part tomorrow and gave me a couple gas nipples for the inconvenience. Super helpful guys.

Wanted a new high efficiency furnace. Called and booked an appointment, no one showed up. Gave them a chance and called back. they apologized and set another appointment. Guy showed up, spent a half hour taking measurements and discussing planning out the new exhaust piping. Told him I would open up the ceiling when they wanted to do the install so they cold run the pipes. Nice guy and I was happy with our plans for installation. A week goes by, no quote. I call, he tells me his one guy had a baby and is off so they're backed up. Waited another week, called again. He said he would get it done. Three weeks go by, he never called back. Never got my quote. Go to all pro plumbing and heating. It may cost slightly more but you will get treated with respect unlike this company.

Just had Sam out to install our gas fireplace and BBQ hookups. Prompt, professional service and knowledgeable in his trade. In doing the safety check, he found and quickly repaired an error by a previous installer, preventing would could have been a MAJOR problem down the road. And the fees charged are very reasonable. (Having just received the bill, my husband is literally dancing with joy and surprise.) Thank you CT Gas! Will highly recommend to anyone needing gas services!

Great install and great furnace at a great price. Shane was very helpful and professional, and when a hiccup emerged after the install a few days later he was over within hours to fix it. Highly recommended.

These guys really came through with Re-Certifying my matching 40LB Aluminum tanks.After a botched re-valve by a different company, CT identified a safety issue with one of my tanks, and re-valved both tanks and had them filled up, ready to go when I picked them up.They not only gave my beautiful tanks another 10 years of life, but most likely prevented me from burning down the trailer I use them on.I will definitely be coming back.Thank you!

Family run business, friendly and professional on the phone, arranged a service call for a family member who is a senior living on their own, the service person came on time and quickly diagnosed the problem and offered to drive into town to purchase the replacement part and drive back right away to install the part and get the furnace back up and running.My family member was so pleased by the friendliness, honesty and kindness of the service person to have gone out of their way to do all of this and it makes me happy to leave this review as they've earned our future business.Thank you CT Gas Fitting Services.
