Outstanding customer service & quality of work.I had this company help me with an interior stair railing. Rob worked with me to understand exactly what I was after as far as design and they nailed it !The installer showed up on time, was very respectful to my home & the quality of work is amazing. It was easy to see he was a perfectionist. He cleaned up after himself everyday . I would 100% refer any friends or family members to specialized stairs Kelowna .
