I received excellent service from Raj. He greeted me at the entrance and helped me find some office supplies. I highly recommend this store for it's great service and wide variety of products. A big thank you to Raj for going the extra mile.

I had to return a defective item. I didn’t know it was defective until I tried using it about 2 weeks after purchase. I had the receipt. Instead of an apology, I received a lecture about their return policy because I no longer had the box it came in. I was told to contact the manufacturer! Although I eventually received my refund, I am no longer a customer of this store. Terrible customer service and the female clerk needs to find a job she likes. She is unfriendly, was rude to me and the customers waiting. She more or less blamed me for making them wait.

I come very often to use computer and get printouts. The store is always clean and I get to use computer without need to wait as no crowd in the store. Staff are professional.

You can find all kinds of office and school supplies...A good technology area like in a mall...You have access to make your own work with the scanners printers from very easy to use computer stations...You can buy by card or with their own card...You can have pictures service for passport and documents...Really good place

Overall it’s a 3.5/5 stars all depends on the time and what kind of staff you see. I have been there numerous times to get stationary supplies, 7/10 times they do have inventory available but it can get hard to find items without proper guidance. I have been helped multiple times by great staff members but once in a while it can get frustrating when they don’t help you out.

The clerk at the checkout did not offer to see my gift card and only stated she hasn't seen one like it before. It has a $150 balance to it. The 1-877 customer service said next time to call them while in the store to walk the clerk through the process of gift card usage. :-(

I never knew I could feel so much excitement while shopping for office supplies until I visited Staples. The fluorescent lighting, the aroma of freshly printed paper, the sound of printers churning out copies... it's like Disneyland for adults!The staff are always so helpful, too. They eagerly point me towards the binder clips and paperclips, and I can tell they're just as excited about office supplies as I am. And don't even get me started on the pens! So many colors, so many styles... it's like I'm in a pen paradise.I honestly can't imagine a better shopping experience. If you're looking for a good time, forget about going to the movies or out to eat. Just head to Staples and bask in the glory of office supplies. You won't regret it.

Very happy with the service, bought a HP laptop as per my requirements got the value for money … a BIG THANKS to KABIR the best Sales rep who has a vast knowledge about the products especially I.T. related … highly recommend him !!

Every time I go to staples to use their printers, their printing machines are always giving me trouble and crashing now! Today is the worst incident. The first printer I used crashed on me while I was trying to print, I had $1.95 on my copy card still. When I went to a second machine after the first one crashed, it would not allow me to use it as my copy card had “insufficient funds” I went to the front desk and they told me there was a zero balance! That is not right! I know what I saw and the card clearly still had money in it. The first machine during the crash somehow zero’d it out! This was an argument I could not win as I had no evidence except for what I know I saw. Be extremely careful with these printing machines! You can lose your money!!

Yesterday i visited staples and got my resume printed. One of the associates, her name was Divya , she gave excellent customer service. And other associates working there were very helpful. Will visit again for sure.
