YEG Process Serving

I want to say that this was a positive experience, as so many others have, but I cannot. I was not informed that my ex had been served until after I emailed Daniel. It was done quickly, but the process of getting proof that it was done is STILL ongoing. Payment was taken long before I was given my affidavit and the one I was given was rejected due to not being complete. This is already stressful enough and it really is breaking my heart that while this was my only choice to get this done, it has been nothing but complicated with little communication. I hope everyone else has a better experience and I am just thankful I will never have to do this again.

We went there for the commissioner of oaths service and the lady, wasn't professional at all! She gave me back the paper without her license number on it. When I asked her for it and she answer that it was written on the stamp but, it wasn't. She didn't even know her license number, she had to call someone to make sure what it was.She asked us for the payment before everything was complete and finally she didn't even give us a receipt.I was NOT impressed of our visit and I won't go back again.

Not a great experience. Took over 10 days for the server to serve the papers. Did not get an emailed copy as per their website. Called and left numerous messages and could not get a hold of anyone or get anyone to return my call.

Legal matters, serving, and filing can all be very stressful. YEG and Daniel were so amazing; I couldn't have done it without them! Daniel and the entire team were efficient, helpful, extremely competent and more than I could have ever expected!

Shout out to Daniel Jabour for his amazing, over the top, service. Daniel realized early on in the process of our self represented court forms that we were need of big help! Daniel kept in touch several times a week and sometimes several times a day and undertook ownership so that we were able to keep our Special Chambers court date. It is not an easy task to navigate the court system self represented and Daniel made all the difference for us. We cannot afford to spend thousands of dollars on a retainer and wait a year or sometimes several years to get into court. Daniels fees are low and his service is exceptional. We hired YEG services from Toronto. We were not aware of the court procedures in Alberta and needed guidance in filing and serving the materials. We received excellent and prompt services from the knowledgeable staff. They are a highly reliable service providers at very nominal rates. They give 100% to what they undertake to do and go out of the way to follow it through. Very approachable, methodical and result oriented process servers..
