Great little shop and reasonable prices. My two dogs were taken care of and came back looking and smelling great. They were even able to do a nail trim which both of them hate.

My girl Shai stayed here last week for 7 days . After watching the videos and looking at pictures, I see she had a blast and was taken care of as if she was their own puppy. Very pleased and would definitely bring her back there. Thank you for taking such great care of my baby girl.

My daughter brought her dog here for the first time. The staff were very warm and friendly. The dogs we saw in addition to hers were well treated. My daughter's dog is quite answer and will bark constantly when nervous. She initially barked and quickly settled down. When we arrived, she was still calm while getting her nails done and this NEVER happens. She sometimes jerked her paw, but I could see this was more of a hey

Staff is very professional and responsive when booking appointments. The groomers do an excellent job of making our golden retriever look amazing every time we pick him up. We are very happy with their services and will keep coming back.

Absolutely best staff and place for your dog spa.They actually love pets and know how to take care of them.We had a male shih tzu who was previously groomed at Pet Smart and at some point got extremely anxious of the place and wouldn't let anyone out there touch him.Took him to Puppy Charm and turns out with love and care he is not aggressive, our pup loved the place and looked amazing after the haircut.Will be definitely coming back, amazing!

I’ve been struggling to trim my 8 month of Australian Shepherd’s nails for quite some time. Brought her in for a walk-in nail trim on a Saturday morning. Was concerned my pup was going to be too rowdy to get it done. All 4 paws trimmed by the owner within 15 minutes. Highly recommend. Very friendly, very knowledgeable, knows exactly how to handle a young rambunctious pup. Easy to get to location right off the expressway. We will be back for a trim and tidy next!!
