**You don't make money off healthy people. **Remember that, everyone. These people are burning trash in human form. Doctor" is a misleading title when all they learning in school is what perceptions to place you on. You cant trust anyone with a medical degree.. They're here to empty your pockets

We have recently received excellent supportive and care from the Oat clinic. We are very thankful for the doctors, nurses and staff who have been there for us in such a professional and knowledgeable way. It has made all the difference

These people saved my life. There is one perticular nurse practitioner who I have been with two years now who saw me through my addiction and never gave up hope on me. They used to be really hard to get into but now it's the same day treatment and they are so understanding and amazing.

I learned a lot thru these guys. However, I kinda felt like I was being funneled into DBT. Once my counselor and I agreed that DBT didn't seem to be exactly what I needed at the moment, I was told she could no longer see me if I wasn't in DBT. However, the time I was there I learned a lot. I'm no longer in the program but still find some of what I was taught to be quite helpful.

I would like to say how extremely disappointed I am with the methadone clinic in Kelowna. I was in desperate need of finding help for my younger brother who is addicted to heroin. I had made a call to the clinic twice once getting off the phone with literally not a response giving me a clear answer leaving me no choice but to call back and ask again what kind of help they had for people addicted to heroin. I thoroughly exaplined to the lady that he did not have any ID at the time and just desperately needed methadone. Her response was we do not like to turn anyone away" making me believe that the good news I thought I had gotten would be followed through with on the Monday morning for him to get some help. Boy was I wrong

I've had nothing but problems with these doctors and staff.. from having them writing the wrong script.. MULTIPLE times , the doctors threaten you all the time, I've asked Dr Mcdonald to see a psychiatrist or a specialist in mental health for MONTHS now, and she just continues to either not care or not do her job. She has especially made me feel uncomfortable and unwated and even admitted to the mistakes she's made in the past. Im extremely dissapointed at how unorganized they are .. You're better off finding a different solution for your health problems. Plus finding a doctor who will actually care about you.

Not a good experience.I highly suggest seeking help from professionals that actually care about your wellbeing & sanity instead of sitting around waiting to talk to someone who can't bother to be there.

Archie WutzkeI am so disappointed with the medical care at this establishment. Besides the facts that I opted to try the sublicaid injection to taking a pill everyday(it's a monthly injection) which was done improperly causing me to get a major staff infection, a hole in my lower stomach where the injection was administered,2 1/2 months till it healed, multiple trips to the hospital, 2 courses of antibiotics and a pretty miserable time for me. That wasn't enough, I decided to forgive what was done and have the follow up monthly injection, I arrive at the clinic on my appointment to find out they didn't have enough medication and couldn't do the injection after booking me in, having me come down there, wasting my time, forcing me to taking a pill daily again. Then the doctor has the nerve to call and ask if I want to try the injection again, which I didn't reply too(I wonder why) after all of this, my regular monthly appointment to get my refills for Vivanse and Suboxone, which was done on the phone yesterday, the doctor was to fax my prescriptions into the pharmacy, the doctor faxes the script for my Vivanse but not the Suboxone(which is the most important medication, without it, an individual gets majorly sick, also bad withdrawal symptoms, can cause relapse and many other things. I called the clinic to inform them of another mistake made, to be told, she is not in today, we'll try to get ahold of her, and hopefully we can get your vital meds to you today, WOW!!!!!!Ask any recovering addict how very important this medication is for there sobriety!! UNBELIEVABLE
