Such a beautiful part of the downtown and can often get overlooked on most other days. It's a solemn place to pause and reflect on the sacrifices so many have given.Highly recommend not only this location but downtown in general.

Great job in the design of this memorial. Just wish it was closer to water street where all of the action is. There is no seating, bathrooms, picnic tables. You can sit on the stairs leading up to the memorial to rest. No covered areas from the elements. Across the street closer to the inlet (water) there are benches to sit down and rest. That being said...the memorial is still very much worth going to visit.
