The staff are very accommodating and friendly, the breakfast options were really good- great omlettes (the waffle mix was awful) and my room had everything I needed for my business trip to this region.Room service has not returned yet but had no affect on my trip.

Brianna was a rude lady! She was nice and helpful at first. But she yells at you and doesn’t send receipts when she said she was going to.

The best staff, everyone is so friendly, clean rooms, free breakfast with made to order omelets, I would highly recommend this location for anyone who is coming to terrace, you really can't go wrong. This will be my goto when I'm in town. Thanks guys for making my stay so comfortable. :)

The staff at reception desk was caring and efficient. The room was a bit small, however comfortable. The breakfast was great: tasty omelette, juices, fruit, pastries, coffee. The receptionist helped me to secure my taxi booking to the airport. Thank you Best Western Terrace

My husband and I have stayed here many times, and has become our go-to when we come to town. It is very clean and comfortable. The staff are very nice, they will greet you in the hallways if they see you. The kitchen staff was nice too, they have omlettes, hashbrowns, and waffles. One of the staff saw we were in a rush during breakfast and insisted i take some yogurt and snacks to go. Generally, the people in this town are very nice and non judgemental, we also had a great service experience at 7/11 and the fountain tire nearby. The parking lot is a decent size, though sometimes very full when the workers come in. Last time we went was not very busy, so we were able to fit our trailer in the parking lot. There is also an amazing indian restaurant across the street.

Friendly staff manager is very helpful and friendly i remember he can out side with me to show me where best to park my truck and trailer, clean rooms as well

Not a bad place to rest your head. Rooms are dated and dinged up, but clean. TV turned on, but the remote didn't work. Big benefit is the restaurants and shops in walking distance. Friendly staff.

Decently priced all things considered. The service was friendly and welcoming, and the hotel is close to most amenities Terrace has to offer. It could use a bit of an overhaul, as our crew noticed small issues in each of our rooms (i.e ceiling paint falling off in the shower, slow draining tubs, stains on the walls and carpets, etc) but overall it was a fair hotel experience.PS: make sure to take advantage of the continental breakfast, fresh waffles and omelettes were the star of the show here.
