Contacted Jeff early April 2021. After several discussions and only after meeting him I decided to use his services. He had agreed to list my property at a price which was a bit higher than his recommendation. My girlfriend and I were on our way back to the Shuswap to stage the cabin when I received a text from Jeff stating that he was not interested in listing the property at a higher amount than he suggested and was not going to babysit" my property. To say that I was put in a spot would be an understatement. I was travelling over 900km to meet with Jeff and half way through the trip I receive a text message.....Wow!Well Jeff
