Tool Rental at The Home Depot
Do not trust their online rental reservation system. It will let you rent tools that are not actually stocked by the selected location.Twice now I have wasted my time making the trip to pick up a non-existent reservation. The staff, once they finally appear, seem like they really couldn't care less.

Tool Rental at The Home Depot
Customer service was non existent. I called to ask some basic questions about a rototiller, they answered and put me on hold with hardly a word, which at this point I wasn't sure if I had even called the right place, they never identified as being the home Depot tool rental and the caller ID said home Depot truck rental. I could barely hear what they were saying on the other side of the phone and in the end they didn't even have the equipment I needed. I've had better service at Walmart.

Called 4 times to get information about tool rental. Waited over 10 minutes on the line eachtime. No one ever responded. I will go somewhere else.

Tool Rental at The Home Depot
I’ll never rent from Home Depot again, staff are extremely rude, unhelpful and really don’t seem to know what they’re doing. Plenty of other places to rent including locally owned and frankly I’d pay a lot more to avoid the “tools” at Home Depot, and I’m not talking about the equipment.
