Gerry the manager was great. The price is adequate for what's offered and he accommodated other needs we had during our stay. The pool and slide were great for our little one! Fridges are older so food didn't stay as cold but they're in the process of upgrading. Also the breakfast didn't have many vegan options aside from potato hash and fruit. Some dairy free yogurt, milk, etc would be nice. :)

Very friendly / accomodating staff from front desk. Worth the price compared to other hotels as It includes free good some hot breakfast and thanks to the staff who prepares it. Enjoyed the pool/ slide for kids. Rooms are clean and spacious. Beds are comfy. Efficient with the request we had. I would recommend this place and will for sure will be back next time we 'll go to Jasper.

Have stayed here twice and both stays werre excellent. Before my first stay I had questions about their pet policy and called them, the front desk agent on the phone was very helpful. During both my stays the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and a good size. The pool and fitness area have a full change room with showers which is great. The breakfast has a good variety. Lots of green space in the back to walk your dogs, and while there isn't a restaurant there are multiple in close walking distance.

This was the best hotel stay I have had in a long time. The customer service was flawless! The rooms are very big and stocked with everything you need. The pool and hot tub were awesome. The laundry machines are free and stocked with soap and dryer sheets. The breakfast was also very well done. I cant say enough about this place and all the extra little touches that made a great experience. I will be back! I

We had a lovely one night stay. The rooms and linen are neat, clean and plush. The staff is friendly and helpful and the included breakfast was great, would have been great even if you had to pay extra. Good job guys, I recommend this place. Oh, there is also a swimming pool with a slide if you have kids to entertain! Oh, I wanted to mention, my dad is in a wheelchair and had no problems getting anywhere.

Quite simply the best room we have stayed at over the past week. Large room with top quality facilities. Modern TV (cast from your phone), Fridge, microwave and everything you would expect in the room (all new). Excellent bathroom. Standard breakfast included. Free laundry facilities and free popcorn in the afternoon. This gives you an indication of the experience. Near Walmart, Safeway, etc.

We were here for a wedding and this hotel was the friendliest and gave the best group rate compared to the 10 others I checked in Hinton. They made the planning so simple and when a couple last minute people had to cancel they didn’t charge them. The family suites were perfect for 4-6 people and all the rooms were clean and the staff was super friendly! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This review is coming in a bit late, we stayed Sept 2022 (I keep thinking I need to do a review but I kept saying tomorrow). We stayed in the motel side. The place was very clean, honestly a really good value, we only needed a place to sleep and shower, but we were pleasantly surprised. Didn't have much contact with the staff but the contact we did have was a good experience.

We've started staying here for our ski trips to Marmot Basin. Staff is very kind and welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. Rooms are clear, beds are comfortable, staff are attentive. Pool and water slide are great for the kids - Perfect depth. Breakfast is excellent, lots of good options and staff are constantly tending to it, topping up items, tidying as they go. Great value, quite happy with this place. Only reason I gave it a 4/5 for location is because its on the far side of Hinton if you're travelling to Jasper. Other than that, it's right off the highway as you come into town, easy and convenient.
