I just get the classic pearl milk tea, it’s the best and number 1 on the menu is my all time favourite. Pearl is cooked perfectly.

I ordered from here many times before, this is the first time my drink has a fly in the pearl. I immediately took the drink back to the store and questioned the person who made my drink. He straight out told me that I was lying, and that it seems like I put the fly in the drink myself?!! I didn’t want to make a big deal out of it and he could just apologize and made me another the drink but he choose to argue with me instead. Super disappointed with the attitude and cleanliness of this place. This will be last time I ever order from here again.

Yummy treat I got the soy matcha with taro added but it was kind of sweet so it would have been nice to be able to have 0 sugar.. they also didn't have the pumpkin spice jasmine flavour anymore :( hope to see more sugarfree + dairyfree flavours in the future

New drinks try it out. The yogurt style drinks are great the sweet / sour taste is out of this world. Maybe out does the Yummy yogurt in my opinion.

I tried this place with my family and they were so attentive and patient (seeing as we ordered and were still looking at the menu). Loved the drinks and would definitely be my go to bubble tea whenever in the central city area

First time trying this place. Also first time trying double shot bubble coffee and it will be last time too, I don’t know but I had stomachaches after it. Maybe it doesn’t suit me.My husband likes it too much.I’ve also had sweet drink too and it was delicious.The prices I think a little bit cheaper than other places

Wow, everything was amazing! I ordered grapefruit yoyo, Brown sugar pearls Dalgona coffee w/milk and brown sugar pearls milk tea float. Love it from the first sip til last sip. Not too sweet, don't need to answer any questions about sugar level or ice, just perfect as I liked it. I bought the coffee one for my step-daughter, she really loved it. She said the best one for her, she loves coffeeAnd it was the first time for me to see hand-made fresh bobas, I love bobas. Their bobas were amazing I absolutely love it! Not too sweet, not too chewy, not too soft, just perfect. So impressed to see they made fresh bobas everyday right in front of the store that you can see, so delicious. I am kinda picky about bobas if not the right taste, right texture, I won't buy again because what makes bubble tea delicious is bobas for mePlus great service, polite and the clean store, I like that a lot. So convenient right there at T&TSo this is my new favorite bubble tea place I will visit often. Highly recommend!!

This specific branch is ruining the name of Xing Fu Tan. The pearls or the drinks do not even come close to the quality of Burnaby branch. If you want to try Xing Fu Tan, go to the Burnaby one. I have no clue how two places with the same name vary so much with taste and quality!
