Weber Grill Academy Canada

The Weber Grill Academy was an all around fantastic experience! The chefs make the night fun and engaging from the moment you walk in, they definitely go above and beyond! This grilling experience and food is top notch.

If I could give this experience 10 stars I would. My company had a customer appreciation event at the Academy and it was utterly amazing from start to finish.Staff: Mike, Damian and team were outstanding in every way. They make grilling so much fun while teaching you some pretty serious recipes and preparation/bbq techniques.If you have any type of group event/team building function the Academy experience is a MUST!Thank you Mike, Damian and team for making it so much fun.Look forward to next time which we are already starting to plan for.

Joined a grilling class Back to Basics BBQ Party" with my son - it was a blast.The whole evening was well organized

Our company decided to have our Christmas celebration here and it was an awesome experience. We learned how to cook A" grade quality of food (Meat and Vegetarian Options) and get to enjoy it afterwards. It is very interactive and the chef was very entertaining."

I would highly recommend this for a team building event. The staff are amazing , informative , interactive and bring a lot of energy. The kitchen area is spotless and the food quality was exceptional. Certainly something “different” and a lot of fun. I expected it to be pretty great , however it exceeded all expectations.

Received a class as a gift. To be honest, we weren’t expecting much but we ended up having a great time! All the credit needs to go to Michael and Damien, who are incredibly passionate and engaging. They turned what was a basic grilling class into a really fun experience.We did the chicken class. It is geared towards grilling (and cooking) neophytes. I actually like doing my own prep but here it’s all done in advance for you. Nonetheless the end result here was delicious. The only reason for a 4- not 5-star review is that the class is not super hands on. Lots of demo and splitting of duties results in a good amount of down time. That said, a repeat customer (and there were many with us who had done 3,4,5 even 8 classes) said this was probably the least hands-on class he had done so YMMV.

The only reason that I am only giving 5 stars is because Google does not have a button for 100. It was an incredible experience. I love learning, cooking and having fun and my girlfriend could not have bought me a better birthday present. Michael and Damian were the Grillmasters and they created an amazing environment. They provided phenomenal energy, incredible knowledge, amazing attention to detail and spectacular food. There are so many people there that go back time and time again for more classes and I know why. Thank you for the great experience and see you next time!

The Weber Grill Academy was an amazing experience. Chef Michael was very knowledgable, a tonne of fun, and helped us make some amazing food!!!So glad I went, and would definitely recommend it to anyone who likes to learn, have fun doing it, and have an amazing meal.

Amazing experience and I couldn't be more pleased with the evening. Peter was great with the initial setup and getting us great aprons with our company logo. Jen was amazing ahead of the event answering all my questions and was great with our guests making them feel welcome, thank you Jen. The chefs are pros. Mike was absolutely spectacular as our host and one of the chefs. What can you write about a guy like this that brings so much energy, fun and skill to the event other than to say thank you! Damien was equally great with all the guests and is a true BBQ guru oozing in passion for the grill - a true master griller - amazing! Shout out to the staff and looking forward to my next opportunity to host at the academy.
