I took my car to fix the flat tire. One of the employees hammered the valve and broke the rim. The manager tried to tell me that the rim was damaged. He insistently tried not to acknowledge the facts. After that I told him that he should never use a hammer to remove a valve and that it was their fault and that he should buy a new rim. After long minutes of negotiations with me, he agreed to compensate me. Unfortunately, every time I call him, he tells me that he hasn't found a rim... This is to avoid buying a new one! Pay attention I doubt the professionalism of this repairer.

Got a set of 4 brand new tires recently. I asked 3 times if the tires came balanced, each time being told yes they would be. Well, here I am with shaking wheels every time I hit 100 km/hr. Frustrating for sure. I don't even want to go back to have the tires balanced, just went elsewhere instead.

Overall good service. Went there to change/balance 2 tires on a small car.Good on speed, quality and service. Waited 15min before start, and 25min all done. They are the only tire shop I have seen to use a torque wrench! Tires are inflated to the accurate pressure and torqued to 100lb-ft vs. 76lb-ft spec, which the leader explained well.The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is they could have asked for my need on the torque. I preferred torque to the spec thus had to retorque myself home.
