Waited at counter for over 5 minutes vocalizing I was there ,girl was in the back with earbuds in talking on phone , pizza was cardboard with sauce, when did little ceasers get soooo bad ' honestly think they've substituted wood powder for flour in the dough ??

Came in for “buy $25 gift card and get free pizza” promo. It took them over 15 minutes to load it, finally paid. Bought the gift card, got the pizza, came back in a month, they tell me the gift card is empty. Nobody including the manager would fix it, little Caesar’s corporate never responded (this was over a year ago). Still have the gift card in my desk and a bitter taste in my mouth

Yesterday I bought a three meat treat pizza and it was undercooked and not baked well, which was too soft to eat. Indian staffs were not well english speakers and did not know how to do customer service

Tried this place twice. First time they didn't give me the pretzel dough I asked for, just regular, dry dough. Gave them another chance, got what seemed kind of like pretzel dough, though nothing like the advertising, was basically like cardboard with maybe a hint of pretzel. They also forgot the salt, there was maybe a film of tomato sauce on the dough, and the cheese sauce wasn't warmed up.Staff at the counter didn't seem to know English at all really either.I would rather get a frozen pizza from the supermarket than what they're serving at this location...

Our food came out fine, but the woman working was ignoring customers, which is fine alone, but she also had her earbuds in talking on the phone WHILE working and talking to us to try and take our order, which she tried to cut short right off the bat. The only time she made eye contact with anyone while we were there was her scowling at my partner who tried to order some crazy bread because she had trouble hearing him. A pardon me" or even "what" would have been fine
