Lethbridge Medical Clinic
Dr. Lasore and the receptionist on duty were an absolute delight to interact with this morning! Even though they do not accept walk-in patients anymore, they took the time to ask me what I needed and were able to refill a prescription that would have been extremely difficult for me to live without. A million thank-yous!!I'm sorry to hear that you and your staff are treated so poorly. I hope that changes and you can see how grateful some of us are for the services you provided :)

I was extremely nervous about taking my baby here after seeing nothing but bad reviews about the receptionist, but with the shortage of doctors, I didn’t have a choice. So far we’ve had 2 appointments and both visits have been wonderful! She’s great with my baby and so friendly to me. Always apologizes if there’s a wait, always says bye to my babe and makes small talk. The doctor has been great too! I’m so pleasantly surprised each appointment.

Worst management everNever on time. Everyone have work to doHad appointment at 2 but wait 45 min had to call my brother to take over what the FTry to talk about the situation with receptionShe totally ignore telling is the doctor fault not her, like she got nothing to do with that and walk away while I was talking, that list she can apologize that they are running behinds and gave head up, coz she’s also part of the clinic and is her responsibility. Wish we have more doctor in Lethbridge surly this clinic would be empty in weekNo wonder why this clinic got lowest rate and lots of complaints.

Awful experience.Went in with medical concern, the Doctor ordered lab work. Got the lab work done, and talked with the lab technicians and they said this Doctor didn't seem to know what tests to order and weren't sure they were correct. Got my results back and the Doctor said I don't know what's wrong with you and I can't help."Asked for a referral and he told me that he'd send it out right away. He told me to wait for a call from himself or the Doctor he referred me to.Two months pass

Worst clinic I have ever been to. Totally disorganized front end staff. The doctor I had was by far the worst I’ve ever had. Unfortunately with the shortage of doctors in Lethbridge I had no choice but to stay with her. She has since moved to ON, amen. She couldn’t get a prescription correct if her life depended on it. When requesting to have paperwork sent to the pharmacy or to Blue Cross, it was done in a timely fashion. I had to literally hounded over and over and over again to be taken care of. It took over six months to have documents sent to Blue Cross, total chaos at this clinic and lack of accountability and responsibility.

I’ve worked in customer service and I know how difficult it is to deal with people sometimes, but if you’re rude to clients time and time again and you work in the medical field, maybe you’re in the wrong profession. The first time I went I had severe strep throat and could not speak, so I had to hold up a note on my phone asking if they take walk-ins. The receptionist did not take very kindly to this and refused to answer, despite the note being more than large enough to read, just stared at me until I managed to ask verbally, which was incredibly painful and difficult. She had me fill out a sheet with my information and in the address section, I provided my current address and my permanent address, making sure to specify which was which in order to simplify it as much as possible. The receptionist once again was quite upset about this and gave me another paper to “write down my permanent address, CORRECTLY this time” (I wrote it correctly the first time- it’s not my fault you don’t understand parentheses.) When I saw the doctor, he barely spoke a word to me and was not sympathetic towards the fact that I couldn’t speak. He ended up not informing me that while I was taking antibodies, I should also be taking a probiotic in order to keep the good bacteria strong. Because of this neglect of information, as soon as the antibiotics ran out, I contracted strep once again, 2 weeks later (today), I returned only to be informed very rudely that they are no longer taking walk-ins (despite the information they are providing online.) When I asked if there’s anywhere they know of that are taking walk-ins, they once again responded with a snide “no.” Once again, I am the type of person to apologize to the barista if they make my drink wrong, but my experiences here, though short, have been very difficult and I truly think these folks could absolutely benefit from a lesson in bedside manner.

This place should be shut down. The organization within the building is out of control and all the patients suffer.ExamplesWaiting on MRI for almost two years because they screwed up the paperwork.Straight up just didn’t send the paperwork I needed to go to the specialists.Screwed up my prescriptions multiple times and again sometimes didn’t even acknowledge prescription requests.If you need anything your waiting three days for even a phone call back.Forgot me in the waiting room almost always.Went for a doctor note and they tried charging double because they said it took longer than normal. The reason was because she left me in the room for a half hour to take a phone call... I waited the entire call just to be told the appointment was done.Now I’ve changed Clinics and they want $40 to send my new clinic my medical Info.Please I beg you do not take yourself or anyone you love here.

My pharmacy faxed a renewal of my prescriptions a week ago. No response, called the office, they had missed the fax. She said she would give it to Dr Lasore right away. A day later…..still nothing. Tried calling for an appointment so I could get my prescription renewed personally. On hold for over 10 minutes and no one answered the call. Looked on the website to make sure they were open. They were!!!! I am now actively looking for a new dr

Myself, along with almost 57,000 people, have watched a video where you DID NOTHING to help an elderly man who was on the floor. As the recording person notes, you can see the man has been in the hospital recently as he has a hospital band on. The secretary says a doctor is coming (who doesn’t show up in the 1min 25sec clip) but no nurses are checking his vitals or helping him. One even has the audacity to say “we told him to get up and he won’t.” I don’t know what kind of clinic you’re running and what kind of people you allow to work there and even though I live in the Maritimes, I will share that post and make sure people know your clinic has no respect for patients. I don’t know how you go home and sleep at night knowing you’re not helping patients. You should be ashamed of yourselves and embarrassed. Oh and find yourselves new jobs, we don’t need disgusting people like you in healthcare who would allow a patient to suffer than help them.
