Christine is very friendly, cheerful and remembers you everytime you go there even if it's once a month. I'm always happy to see her behind the counter. Thank you money mart for having such an awesome person working for you.

I've been having a few issues due to losing my job to covid and getting changed over to Ei well I was panicking about not having my payments ready for a loan I took out, but just as I was about to stress right out a great woman called from the Howard location and not only put my mind at ease she educated me on a few things I forgot about that could help me so in stead of judging and not being understandable she made the phone call for me to comfortable so I was able to be educated on things I missed that could help me. So I just wanted to say thank-you so much for being understanding and instead of just judging me and just making me another phone call she helped me in more the one way with one phone call. So thanks Christine on 2730 Howard. Now that was truly the best customer service representative I have delt with ever so again wish more of your staff was as helpful as you your great again thank you.

Howard Money Mart, in all the years I've patronized Howard Money Mart I have been greeted with the most friendly staff there is. Even the newer staff and or part time there was never an issue of unresponsive attitude. Everyone had a good sense of humor fun to do business with and of course very personable and attentive. There are about 4 attendees I've had the pleasure of knowing and look forward to see them, often ask for one of them. I highly recommend this location since it has been the only location I've gone to in the past and present.

From my initial interaction with Jillian I believe her name was to Jordan, they were super accommodating and made my transaction very smooth. I like the fact that when I called someone actually picked up each time and they were patient with me and answered all my questions. As a new customer Jillian really sold the products to me. This is be my primary location for any financial need or send money home. Thank you guys.

I had the most disappointing experience with an employee here. They were the only employee in the facility, which is understandably stressful so I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. But after seeing them laugh and joke with a white customer, and then absolutely flip their tone and stature around me and another Arab customer, I can’t help but conclude that they are ignorant and incredibly rude.I never write reviews for anything but this experience made my blood boil. I felt so bad for the other Arab lady who spoke broken English and was frustrated with how the employee refused to help her with her issue. I stepped in to help and was met with snarky comments and eye rolls from the employee.I will be returning tomorrow morning to ask for the manager and tell them about this experience. This behavior in 2022 is absolutely disgusting and I will never return to do business at this establishment ever again. Do better.*Edited to remove the name of the employee. I spoke with the manager who was very understanding and apologetic. It doesn't change the terrible experience I had, but I appreciated that the manager was willing to hear me out and address the issue.

After a few trying days, Christine at the Howard office went above and beyond to assist me. It is greatly appreciated and I would recommend seeing her, or ANY of the other staff, for all of your financial needs.
