Love the store! Staff is always super friendly and helpful! Little more money but you get what you pay for! The clothing always fits great and seems to last well....for sure favourite store in the mall!!

The staff is always super nice, great customer service, I always find what I am looking for. I have always gotten greeted when I go to the store. Overall best customer service in this mall compared to some of the other stores.

Had a sandle strap break 2 months after purchase. Contacted the Rip Curl warranty department. They contacted the store and set me up with a brand new pair. The employees were very helpful. Thank you.

Greeted me as soon as I walked in the store, more than willing to help with finding me a size, and really friendly!! Overall has some of the best customer service that I have seen at Orchard Park!

Customer service at this store is off the chain.Had the pleasure of being served by Zack who is extremely knowledgeable and polite, which is so rare these days.Was also impressed by Zack’s ability to up sell, but not in a pressure sort of way.It was such a great experience shopping at this store when you’re looked after by someone of such high calibre.

I bought a jacket a while back from this location and the lady who helped me at the front was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, the jacket was just not the right fit for me and so the next day I had to return it. Upon returning the jacket, I was assisted by a man that was incredibly rude. For some reason I was not refunded the full amount and left with 40 dollars less than I had spent. I am avoiding a one star review due the positive experience I had when originally buying the jacket.

Nice clothing but very poor service. I have yet to walk into the store and be greeted or asked if I needed help. The employees rather sit at the till on the computer and don't offer anything unless you come up to them. I like the clothes but the poor service is the deal breaker.

There are many store in Orchard Park Shopping Center that don't offer good customer service. This store goes above and beyond customer service, I had an issue with my watch and within the time period of me shopping in the store the issue was dealt with and fixed right away.My family shops here all the time and the staff has gotten to know as by name and remembers us. I really appreciate the time and effort the staff here puts in.

Love the store and the helpful staff.Always wear the quality clothing.Love the winter Jackets and that they sell ski hill tickets.Highly recommend this store.

Great store but their return policy stinks, especially over Christmas. My wife tried to return an item purchased a full price today and was told she could only get an in-store credit. Most stores don't let you return anything until after New Years because of the boxing week craziness so we waited. We do have a credit but it's not what we wanted. Great stuff with a return policy well below industry standard. We haven't had any issues with any other stores - just this one.
