No complimentary tap water. I ordered a rose and I found a big bug inside. I asked the server if she could do anything about it. She went into the back and came out with a cup with no bug rose but I noticed it’s the same cup because I recognized my lipstick stain. I wonder if she just took out the bug only. Not the service I was expecting at a Fairmont. :(. This effects my view on fairmont overall. A can of coke is $6 but it was not listed on the menu….

$6 For a can of warm pop, the nachos were about as bad as I have ever had - stale chips, cold hard cheese, weird tasting red sauce, even the guacamole was not good. I didn't think it was possible to make nachos taste bad. The burger was not good at all. Thai chicken wings were actually quite good! Paying over $100 for some warm canned pop a burger and some nasty appetizers... really??? I have eaten inside the lounge at pac rim and although expensive, the food is good - skip the patio

The atmosphere is great. The Food was mediocre and it overpriced. Being 9 months pregnant at an outdoor venue was not happy I was charged $9 for a bottle of tap water either. If you’re going to charge for plain water, it should be disclosed on your menu.

No glasses of water. If you want water you have to buy a bottle of it for $4. One can of Diet Coke was $6 plus tax.

Foods were outstanding based on its price and location. Staffs are well trained, polite and very attentive to guests needs. Great location and great music with little bit sun shine. Great place for family outing

Horrible food. Waited 30 min in the heat to be seated only to be told there was now only appetizers left to order. The nachos disgusting no cheese burnt chips slimly sauce when I sent back the chef mean mugged me and sent the exact one out 3min later which I would not eat. I asked for water and was told it was only by the bottle not listed on menu CHARGED ME 15$ for it STAFF IS RUDE only thing good music and scenery
