I seriously don't even remember my surgery. All I remember is saying hello to Dr Buckley, then he stepped out real quick, then BOOM!...There I was walking to a recovery chair. If it wasn't for the freezing, I wouldn't have even known I had them [wisdom teeth] taken out. No pain, no swelling. If I had more wisdom teeth to get rid of he would be my go to" guy. Also

Had my wisdom teeth removed and the experience was excellent. I received great information during my consultation regarding the procedure and things to consider as I am breastfeeding.The staff were professional and efficient and answered any questions I had. The nurses were lovely and kind. I felt very safe, even though I was anxious regarding the IV sedation.Thank you all!

Dr. Irvine from consultation until extraction day calmed my nerves so much.This was my first time going through anesthesia ever and I was nervous but the team at Carling was so nice. Blink and I was already in recovery. I would totally recommend. Thank you

I recently had dental surgery at Argyle Associates. The service provided both at the diagnostic stage and the actual surgery was very professional and the personnel welcoming and friendly. I felt confident in the abilities of the surgeon and was at ease. Argyle Associates offered great dental surgery service to me. The staff is very friendly and respectful of all clients. They are professional in their operational procedures and pay attention to details. They explained the Nature of each step, which I found very helpful. They provided well documented and highlighted post surgical care instructions, which was helpful too. They are promptly available on the phone during business hours, which is the best part!

A lot of people in the world of dental care get a bad rep. They are often accused of being money-hungry or unethical in their diagnoses of treatment. The Argyle Associates on Carling provided me with an experience that was completely opposite of this. Most of the receptionists were very knowledgeable. The recovery nurse was deeply comforting, supportive and concise with her direction and information. I had the absolute pleasure of being treated by Dr. Irvine who is the embodiment of compassion and understanding. I believe he is a true philanthropist inside and outside of the building. I have previously found it extremely difficult to receive this level of service in this trade. Well done Carling team and Dr. Irvine!

Maybe the worst experience I've ever had with a business' in Ottawa.First bad experience came was witnessing how the reception manager treated her staff and clients. On the day of my consultation I was waiting in line. An Asian man with some language barriers who needed his Wisdom teeth removed was there for his surgery. He was supposed to bring a ride but didn't because of what I believed to be language barriers. I think he was genuinely unaware he had to bring one. Either way he and his wife (who did not drive) were made to feel stupid. Everything from scoffing to pointing out to other colleagues in front of them this guy came with a ride

I got all four of my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Buckley and the surgery went so smoothly! My consultation with him was also great and he thoroughly went through my X-rays with me and explained why I needed all of them out. He thoroughly explained the surgical process and I felt well-prepared for the procedure.I was super nervous the day of, but the nurse (I can't remember her name) was so good about making conversation with me and calming me down. Overall, the actual day of surgery was great!The only issue I have is with the aftercare. I understand that the doctors and nurses are busy, but I think they need to remember that going through wisdom tooth extraction recovery is stressful and exhausting if you've never had it done before. I called the office a couple of times to ask questions about pain and inflammation, and the nurses seemed annoyed and I didn't feel totally heard, until I spoke to nurse Jen who listened to my issues and actually gave me insight into what might be wrong and how to treat the issue. Despite this issue, I would overall recommend Argyle Associates for your wisdom teeth needs.
