Poor customer service and no selection of basic fluids for your vehicle and they will argue with you over your preference of what you want in/for your vehicle. They wont call when your parts come in you need to constantly call to see if your parts are there.

I'm not sure why so many people go to Red Deer to get automotive parts or supplies when we have Bumper to Bumper right here. The staff are very knowledeable and they have a huge selection of parts and supplies, and what they don't have on hand they can usually get next day. Maybe those people think they can get it cheaper elsewhere, but that's really not been my experience. Bumper to Bumper is VERY competitively priced on pretty much everything.

If they don't have they can get it quick, helpful staff and very friendly a good experiance every time. I work for B&R sand and gravel and get a lot of things I need in a pinch there.

The salesperson was patient and helpful. He found a similar part that worked out perfectly, we substituted an automotive solenoid in place of a Briggs and Stratton.
