Fatima's Market
Great prices on fruits and vegetables which really helps my grocery budget go further. Prices are a little higher than larger stores in the aisles. Good prices on eggs and frozen foods. I wouldn't buy the ice cream again, l think it had thawed and refroze.

Yeah I don't know.. its really not very cheap for having allot of their supply rotten and many items expired over 5 months ago. These items should have gone to better use at a food bank and consumed immediately by people in need, not wasting away in a rundown store like this. Very dissapointed.

Great deals. Huge mangoes for a decent price. A brave soul can check out the meats, not for me. The cashier was super kind and enjoyed my son's jokes

Cliff's/Cole's Notes version: This is a fantastic place to buy fresh fruits and vegetables for much less than the big chains charge, but watch expiry dates on shelf-stable items. Some things to note for the thorough readers:1) fruit flies galore on the produce2) the fresh selections change on a near-daily basis, and some veg are only available for a very short window of time3) go for the fresh loose stuff, skip the shelves; the shelf-stable items are more expensive, and4) CHECK THE EXPIRY DATES ON EVERYTHING; I bought a jar of popcorn this past September, discovering later the sell-by date was in May of this year, and some bagged/boxed salads are two or more days past the sell-by date5) check the breads and their expiry dates carefully; they're super-cheap for a reason6) unless you're tall, don't bother spleunking in the ancient chest freezers as they're only filled about half-way with the labelled tiems all jumbled together, with on-par to the chains pricingOk, I know that my six points are on the somewhat negative side; it's not me being grumpy or mean, just sharing observations and tips. The workers are polite, accurate and keep the old building clean, and the displays tidy.Take a look at least, and make your decision then. All stores have their quirks, and as consumers we need to be vigilent to them, that's all.

Fatima's is a fantastic little gem of a grocer. I do a lot of souping and juicing so I don't mind if my produce is a bit bruised. They stock carefully and the prices really are difficult to beat. The customer service is great, free parking is easy to access and I love that all those groceries get one more chance before being wastefully landfilled.

Went there with my family and the food was amazing the staff were super. It was pity to see how they were treated by other customers to the extent that they did not even give them the gratuity. Had it been any other restaurant they have been kicked out. So what I don’t understand why do we treat our own so bad…..

Fairly decent pricing compare to other small grocery stores around the neighbour hood. Nothing was outdated and every thing was well stocked.
