Tiffany and Charlotte from Atlantic Team Realty were an amazing team! They sold my house in 2 days and over asking! Well where do I start. Frances is by far the Best! You get the whole package. Not only an Agent but a life time friend. She has your best interests, needs and wants as her highest priority. She is very professional, caring and knowledgeable. She knows the real estate industry and market at a 5 star level. Frances is the most prompt busy lady I have encountered, if she does not answer your call on the first ring she is attending to another client and will be back to you asap. I've often called and said I need to see this piece of land asap and while still on the phone she is making the connection with the listing agent, all while saying I'm on the way. What agent can you call up at 8:30 at night and say I'm in a pickle I need a sheet photocopied and she tells you to come on over. She never makes you feel pressured to complete a transition she wants you to feel comfortable and confident that your choose is the right one. You will not be disappointed with choosing Frances as your agent weather your buying, building or selling.

Frances is an excellent Agent and has helped our family numerous times through the years with our real estate transactions. Most recently we purchased a home when returning to the province and Frances went above and beyond helping us locate our home in the area we wanted, going through the home for us while we were away, sending us videos, doing a virtual tour and dealing with everything that needed to be done from handling the home inspection and coordinating work that needed to be done. I was apprehensive about trying to buy a house in Newfoundland as we were living in Nova Scotia at the time and did not have the flexibility or financial means to be travelling back and forth looking at houses.
