I ordered a massage at home, being new to the city I didnt know where else to go and with all the covid restrictions, I couldn't risk it. ULO assured me they were taking safety steps and I felt comfortable. Massage was amazing too with my professional and courteous masseuse. Thank you ULO

I had a great experience during my massage scheduled with Ulo Mobile spa. Mera came on time and set up in my home. Due to the current Covid-19 situation, she was extra cautious, wore a mask, sanitized and cleaned everything before she started and I felt very comfortable. She set the mood with some calming music and it felt like I was in a spa getting a 5-star treatment. The massage was awesome and she kept making sure I was comfortable at every moment. One of the best massages I have had! I would highly recommend Ulo Mobile Spa. Everything from the booking process to the massage itself was seamless and convenient. Can’t go wrong with them!

Very professional and affordable service. I got a massage for my partner and I and the therapists were very friendly, professional and comfortable to work with. I would highly recommend ULO Mobile Spa for that at home experience. Thank you ULO and I will be calling you again.

Review UpdateAfter leaving my review Ulo reached out and apologized for their lack of communication, they explained that the re-opening after being shut down by covid left them a bit disorganized and they offered me a free 90 minute massage to make up for it.I appreciated them reaching out and trying to make things right, this shows that they care and they're worth a second chance. I booked a massage, and it appears that the communication issues seem to be ongoing as the Massage Therapist showed up a day early. This left me scrambling to get the space ready and not in the proper mindset at the Beginning of the Massage.Mera did an excellent job 5 out 5 But I would still have a really hard time recommending this company.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Original ReviewI booked a couples Massage for my Wife's Birthday at a local hotel for a staycation. I booked online which was pretty simple and received a confirmation e-mail which gave the wrong address for the Location of the Massage. I replied to the E-mail asking them to confirm the actual address to which I received no response, I tried calling the number on their website but it seems to be out of service, I messaged their facebook page asking them to call me. I received no replies at all from the company. right up until the time of the massage I had no idea if they were actually going to show up.Thankfully they showed up and we received excellent massages 5 stars for the Therapists.I asked about a receipt because I was planning to submit it to my benefits, I was told that I should receive one soon. About 4 days later I received a receipt for half the amount of what I actually paid. I tried to clear this up with the person that sent me a receipt and after a little back and forth they stopped responding to me.I think the amount of stress that this company has added is more than the the therapists took away. Over all a net loss. I would not recommend dealing with this company

I'm in town on a very stressful visit and my experience with Ulo Mobile turned things around. My husband and I had a couples massage today and everything was just perfect. The therapists were punctual and very friendly. The booking process was also very easy. And I'm not the best with technology. Will definitely be booking again before I leave.

AVOID using this company! I had an appointment booked and the massage therapist never showed up. I tried calling and emailing to get my money refunded, however it took days for them to respond. After finally getting a response they said they would refund my money and give me a free massage for the inconvenience. They did neither and I had to go through my credit card company to get my money back. Very unprofessional and a major hassle.
