Elgin Barrow Arena
Children had a school skating field trip here. Facilities are clean and the area is very convenient and is at a central location to the town. The rinks are indoors and the ice is well maintained. Only issue is that there are no public washrooms on the ground floor other than in the change rooms. So if someone is just watching a game/practice they would have to go to the 2nd floor to use a restroom. Restrooms are clean.

A place my son and I spent a lot of time at. Weekend and weekdays during hockey seasons for the past 10 years creating lasting memories and friendships. A shout out to the friendly staff at the rink who were patient and courteous even when our practices ran later than expected .

Taking skating lessons here. Wonderful program for adults and kids. I would argue that the kid's program is far superior as they find creative ways to teach while keeping the focus on fun activities so the little ones don't get too frustrated while learning.

Beware of the very uneven cement outside. Also why is there a snack bar that’s never open? Also- plz turn the heat on for the spectators

It was so cool watching young hockey enthusiasts play on the ice. Truthfully I stopped in to use the washroom yet was captivated and thrilled watching young players play the game. Keep your sticks on the ice

Lots of parking in the back. Great stands with tons of room on both sides. Some change rooms are smallish. Nice lobby and good snack bar up top. Friendly staff. Washrooms were dirty.

Richmond Hill Farmers Market was held at the parking lot of Elgin Barrow Arena last year. I was there as a vendor selling Ecila Sake Chocolates. I had a good time. Customers and fellow vendors were nice and decent. Parking spaces were sufficient for visitors. Unfortunately no more Farmers Market in 2019. It’s a shame
