The Kelly Café
I have been frequenting the Kelly Cafe twice a week for the past 2 years and have not had a single good experience with the staff. They are constantly on the phone (the woman working today is on speakerphone right now) and are rude to their customers.They are also very stingy with their supplies. Today I asked for a fork to eat my lunch while I was buying a drink and she said they didn’t have any, despite half their pre-made food options on display requiring forks (Edit: the woman just gave the person sitting across from me a fork and when the student asked for a second one for me she refused again lol). That however wasn’t as bad as them refusing to give us a cup of ice when my friend had burned her finger while we were working on an assignment in the cafe. They finally gave it to us when we offered to pay for the cup.This is not a student friendly space, especially for those who commute and have to bring their lunches to campus.
