These guys are super amazing. I wish all auto service places were as honest and accommodating. A small mistake was made during my last visit. When it was brought to their attention, they promptly rectified the situation free of charge and within minutes.

I lived in North Bay for 45 years and have always had excellent service at Speedy Auto Service. This week I took our Nissan Altima in for reservation that we had booked about 8 days previous as we were having some intermittent noises. Mike Ouelette is the very amiable and incredibly experienced Manager and he is a superb communicator. Kevin was the Mechanic who thoroughly inspected all 4 wheels and brakes as well as the the various underbody components and they both advised me that there was no apparent problem but to return if the situation redevelops. My wife and I watched the detailed inspection and were very pleased with the entire experience. I highly recommend Speedy Auto Service, they are very experienced and honest and when the brakes or shocks need service I will be returning to Speedy Auto Service on Fisher Street in North Bay.

Mike and Andre are always friendly but the reason I keep coming back is due to their honesty. On more than one occasion I brought my car in suggesting what I expected was going to be an expensive repair and was pleased to learn it was a minor inexpensive issue.
