Hue beef noodle soup here is made with fresh ingredients and especially the broth is extremely delicious, rich in flavor and typical flavor of Vietnam. Beef is cut into thin pieces and when eaten combined with soft vermicelli creates a wonderful and attractive taste. In addition, the restaurant also has many other dishes such as Salad Rolls, Beef Noodles, Bo 3 Mon ... which are also very delicious and meet the preferences of many diners.

This place has gone so down hill. They are so cheap on their portion it's unbelievable. At first I thought it was just a one off but now it is consistently horrible. Last time I ordered take out I had one beef ball legit cut into 4 pieces. Today I ordered their dry noodles and they gave 1 fish ball cut in half, 2 squid rings and 2 shrimps. Honestly it is quite pathetic. I would not be coming back after being disappointed many times now.

Was in the neighbourhood and was in the mood for vietnamese food. The food was good and flavourful with the service a bit lacking, but not out of character for such establishments. I ordered the lemon grass chicken and totally not what I am used to or was expecting. It was bone in chicken. The flavour was good but got less chicken than other establishments. It was good but not enough for what you get which is a bit of a let down. The decor was interesting, eclectic in a sense and not what you'd think of for a vietnamese restaurant. There is two halves of the restaurant one half tables and other side booths, which were a bit worn out with obvious wear and tear in the seats.Overall food was flavourful but the amount of meat on it left more to be desired as it was quite cartilagey and looked like it'd be meaty. Sadly it wasn't and was not much on the bone.Would I come back?... I would and maybe order something else but wouldn't go out of my way.

Very spacious restaurant - they also leave an empty table in between each group, meeting the social distancing criteria. Max 4 per table. Not the newest restaurant in town; seatings were worn down and mended together with green duck tape or something like that. Staff all wore masks and had sanitizing supplies at the front entrance table, though our table was not completely spotless after self inspection.I got #2 Pho dac biet, the choice for someone who likes a bit of everything (or if you're indecisive). I don't remember eating any tripe and the tendons tasted really bad (unsure why). Otherwise, rare beef, beef balls, and flank were great and generous portion of noodles. But the star of the night, was really the fried spring rolls. The way they fry it, it's indescribable, and I loved it.Overall, spring rolls a winner, rest not too shabby, but not sure if I would go out of my way to come here. Seems relatively safe to come during pandemic (i guess now we must put in our covid19 precaution thoughts).

An old fashioned Vietnamese restaurant, service was okay, food was okay, not much to say. Did not disappoint or amaze us, just a good place to have a quick lunch.

Love this place! been coming here for years. And they always taste the same. Always consistent. Always great quality and amazing service and staff. Noodles are good. Rice is good. Appetizers are good. And I love coming here for their beef done seven ways". Never disappointed. Highly recommend. One of the best and legit bun Bo Hue in Vancouver."

Review from guy eating his way through the Vietnamese restaurants in the Lower Mainland. This restaurant has been here for as long as I can remember - they must be doing something right.Their menu is quite extensive, much more than the usual pho or rice/vermicelli dishes. If you’re feeling adventurous then try something new.My last visit I had the Com Ba Mau which roughly translates to 3 Coloured Rice. It refers to the three proteins of grilled chicken, pork chop and pork patty over rice. Portions are decent and the flavours very nice. You get a side of broth on the side as an accompaniment.Ray’s Notes:Some limited free parking on side of restaurant.Payment by Cash or Debit.

We definitely didn’t come for the service. It was Sunday night and there was only one server. She was extremely busy so had to keep reminding her for more tea, napkins, and rice paper. My family wanted to try the beef 3 ways. The ingredients were fresh and the flavours were delicious especially the dipping sauce for the rolls. However the spring rolls was extremely salty and the skin was chewy. The chicken wing were on the small side, had maybe 5 pieces but flavours were good. The bun Bo hue was good but it wasn’t the best I ever had. The steamed tapioca dumplings in banana leaf and beef sausages was probably my favourite out of it all.

Tired the beef 7 ways. Sorry I didn’t get a picture of all the different ways. I was too busy eating the delicious food!! I loved that I could make my own wraps!! The decor isn’t the best but it does add to the experience of eating here!! The service was great the staff is super friendly! For what you pay, you def get the value!! This beef 7 ways fed three of us!! Highly recommend!
